Looking for a Family Practice or Internal Med Physician to work full time only - Mon-Fri, 5/8's or 4/10's available.
One evening per week till 7p.
No weekends.
Patients include same day acute care, chronic care, routine f/u, wellness visits, all outpatient.
Triage call only - one week at a time once every 13 weeks.
15-18 ppd for an 8/hr day.
Must have 1-2 yrs as NP/PA in primary care.
Must see all ages.
Team based care atmosphere with behavioral health integration.
