This position entails telephonically enrolling employees into substance abuse programs and managing clinical files.
This position requires availability 2-3 full days per week.
Responsibilities and Requirements for this position include:
Perform telephonic intakes Educate on regulations and requirements for return to duty Facilitate program enrollment Create clinical files Update clinical credentials Support administrative and intake teams Recording enrollment information/data entry Adhere to professional standards as outlined by protocols, rules and regulations Previous experience preferably in substance abuse or a related behavioral health field Clear communication skills Excellent organization and time management skills Problem solving skills and the ability to multi-task Compassionate with a teamwork attitude Minimum AA degree in related healthcare field is preferred Job Type:
