At present, our fast-growing firm is seeking a knowledgeable accountant (CPA) for tax preparation.
The ideal candidate should be highly motivated, organized, detail oriented and enjoy working with others.
He/she should be able to work well in a small work environment.
This position requires a person who provides outstanding quality of work and is willing to go above expectations for our clients.
Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in Accounting Must be certified accountant (CPA) General knowledge of financial statements.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Excellent communication skills.
Technology and Internet savvy.
Must be flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced work environment and maintain organization.
Must work well under pressure and maintain accuracy with work.
Must be open to innovation and prepared to contribute to company growth.
Preferred but not Required :
Individual and Business tax preparation experience Tax Software knowledge (Proseries or similar) Quickbooks experience General knowledge of reviews and compilations.
Estate and Trust experience.
Non-resident tax preparation experience the hired candidate will gain knowledge in these areas while working with our firm.
CPA Compensation:
commensurate with experience.

Hours:
Roughly 40- 60 hours/week (Tuesday/Friday off) during tax season, including temporarily working on weekends (January through April); 30-40 hours/week offseason (weekends off).
