Graphic Designers welcome Duties and
Responsibilities:
Set up, operate and troubleshoot single head embroidery machines to provide high quality embroidered items.
Transfer designs from computer to machine, creating customization through computer for each order.
Understanding of vector work is a plus.
Manage thread color changes and needle changes when appropriate.
Process items for embroidery which includes hooping with backing placement to ensure highest possible quality and output.
Examine completed work to detect product defects and verify conformance and adjust machinery as necessary to correct quality or efficiency issues.
Routine machine maintenance including Daily Oiling and Lint Control using compressed air system and shop vacuum.
We need high quality work, and extreme attention to detail.
Required Skills Embroidery Experience preferred Graphic Design capabilities a plus Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions.
Desire to get it right and check previous orders for consistency.
Ability to use embroidery software.
Must speak English.
MUST BE ORGANIZED.
Ability to keep orders together is IMPORTANT.
