We are looking for energetic & driven individuals to be part of our Crumbl Crew at Crumbl White Marsh! We are in need of full-time and part-time bakers to join our team starting at 2pm.
Baker Job Requirements:
(must be 18+) Base pay starting at $12/hr
Tips ($1 to $3
per hour in tips) No previous baking experience is needed but is always a plus - Paid Training! Full-time & part-time positions available Must have reliable transportation Must be able to work on your feet for extended periods of time Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment Must be able to lift 50lbs Baker
Responsibilities:
Reading and understanding Crumbl recipes Measuring and combining ingredients using mixers, blenders, heat sources, and other equipment to make cookies Decorating and displaying the finished product Testing ingredients and finished goods to ensure that each item meets food safety and quality controls Greeting customers, answering questions, making recommendations, accepting orders and payment, and providing world class customer service Keeping records relating to deliveries, inventory, and production levels Taking client information and ensuring that deliveries accurate and timely Cleaning and restocking the workstation and ensuring all equipment is sanitized and prepared for the next shift
