Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Business Partner/ Generalist to join our team.
As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR support and guidance to a division.
Under the direction of the HR Director, you will assist with implementing internal processes and systems, and will advocate for corporate HR initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in talent management, conflict management, and human capital management.
Generalist Duties include all of the typical transactional duties related to benefits enrollments, payroll issues, training, recruitment, onboarding / offboarding, verification of employment, and other HR administrative duties.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of human resources principles and practices - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization - Proficiency in using HR systems such as Kronos, Dayforce, Oracle, etc.
- Demonstrated experience in talent management, conflict management, and human capital management - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities - Ability to analyze data and provide meaningful insights for decision-making - Proven ability to drive change initiatives within an organization We offer competitive compensation packages including benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
