MedStar Family Choice has immediate opportunites for Wellness and Preventive Care Assistants to join our team in White Marsh.
Using guidelines, responsible for answering all incoming calls related to the Outreach Department. Responsible for assessing, prioritizing and properly forwarding calls to other departments when necessary. As needed, will assist the Outreach Department with but not limited to scheduling appointments, filing and outgoing calls.
Qualifications
EDUCATION: High school graduation or equivalent.
Experience: 6 months customer service experience.
SKILLS: Ability to type 40 words per minute. Basic computer skills, including familiarity with MS Word and Excel. Ability to use multiple computer applications. Ability to operate standard office equipment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
