The Opportunity:
The successful Branch Manager Trainee possesses the following abilities:
Direct sales, service, and administrative departments goals
Account for Profits & Loss and operational expenses
Recruit and train sales, service, and administrative staff
Provide strategic overviews about branch, growth opportunities, and forecasting
Job Requirements:
3-5 years of sales management experience having the sole responsibility for running an operation
P & L responsibilities
Outstanding customer service abilities
Effectively manage sales team
Professional maturity and high ethical standards
Acceptable driving record, pass pre-employment screenings, drug screen and physical
Must be willing to relocate within assigned territory upon successful completion of the program
College degree, preferably in Business

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
